• The registration fee rate is charged based on USD. Amounts in various currencies will be announced later. Participants who register through EdUHK, please pay in USD or HKD; Participants who register through Shanghai East China Normal University, please pay in CNY; Participants who register through Taiwan Tsing Hua University, please pay in NTD.

• Conference registration fees include GCSCE annual non-voting membership [June 2022 to May 2023]; For GCSCE membership, please check http://www.gcsce.org/.

Registration and Payment Information

General Information on Registration

For authors of conference papers: At least one author for every accepted paper is required to register by 18 April 2022 (Early Bird: 11 April 2022) for papers to be published in the proceedings of the Conference. Late registrations are welcomed but your paper will not be included in the proceedings of the Conference. You are highly recommended to make the Early Bird Registration by 11 April 2022 to enjoy a special registration fee. A registrant will have at most two papers published in the proceedings of the Conference.

For participants at “Student” status: Please provide proof of your full-time student status, such as a copy of your student ID card or a statement from your adviser, at the registration session. The Conference will charge you registration fee at the regular rate if you are unable to provide the supporting documents.

There will be no refund on cancellation after registration. Author whose paper(s) is/ are to be published can nominate a representative to present their paper(s).

會議論文作者：每篇大會接受論文需要最少一位作者於2022年4月18日或之前 (早鳥: 2022年4月11日或之前) 完成大會註冊， 且有出席論文發表， 該篇論文才會刊登在大會論文集。論文作者如在上述日期後才完成大會註冊，有關論文將不會刊登在大會論文集。請閣下積極考慮於2022年4月11日或之前作價格特惠的早鳥報名註冊。每位參會者最多可有兩篇論文刊登於大會論文集。

“學生”參會者：請 閣下在登記環節時提供全日制學生身份證明文件 (如學生證副本或指導教授證明信件)。如 閣下屆時未能提供有關證明文件，大會將收取 閣下“一般”參會者的會議註冊費用。

已完成繳款的會議註冊不能取消，論文將刊登於大會論文集的作者可以提名一位代表出席大會報告有關論文。
